Created by our very own Ian Jones, Rift Walker (Formally known as Dream Quest) is an Original Fantasy and Science Fiction Role Playing Game. It tells the story of two worlds that are in stark contrast of each other, and yet have similar needs. The primary focus of the story is set around Aspera, a Magical Realm that has every element of a High Fantasy story that you could dream of, and perhaps a few you couldn’t. The Land is in a time of peace after years of War, and has only just begun to prosper again. Unfortunately, that peace will short-lived. All the people of Aspera will have to unite in order for there to be any chance of survival in these coming dark times, and even then… it will not be enough.



It is for that reason that the Gods have chosen to enlist some help. You see, there is a world across the astral plane… It is a planet known as Earth, but it is not like the Earth you know. Many years have passed. Long ago, nearer to the time you remember, the people turned on each other, and a nuclear war spelled the certain end of humanity. There were those, however, who would not give up, and eventually they created a new civilization. And though they now live in a pristine, Utopian city where crime is but an afterthought, the people feel oppressed… forced to live life without color. And so they have created a device to give them peace in their dreams.

But little did they know that this device, technology they had only just begun to develop, could serve as a gateway… a portal through which the Gods of a magical place, beyond their wildest imaginations, could draw their souls across the rift between the worlds.

And this, my friends, is where the real story begins.
